Make your reps count for research!

Squats, crunches, push ups, bicep curls YOU can make them count for kids with cancer.

This pandemic hasn’t pressed pause on childhood cancer. In many ways it has made the situation for children and families affected more precarious.

You can help us keep up the momentum of scientific discovery to find cures for many different types of childhood cancer so that no family faces the devastating loss of a child and no child diagnosed suffers while going through treatment.

Choose your challenge!

950 Australian kids are diagnosed with cancer each year. Your challenge is to complete 950 repetitions over the course of one week. That's one rep for each child diagnosed in a twelve month period. What you rep is entirely up to you. Get creative, use what you have at home, but above all, have fun. Bicep curls using water bottles or squats using a house plant, the choice is yours!

Challenge your family and friends and get them to sponsor your reps!

By working together we can save the lives of children and adolescents diagnosed with cancer. With the support of you, your family and friends, Australia’s brightest researchers will be able to continue our mission and realise our vision.

Do you think you have what it takes?
